GRP 1.6 beta Support

The latest beta of the GR plugin seems to only support COORD entries when adding a COORDTYPE definition. This COORDTYP can also be used to separate multiple COORD entries for the same map (the colour entry currently used doesn't work anymore).

Started looking into this, sadly TopSky and GRP now differ even more in expected syntax (COORDPOLY vs COORDTYPE). I came up with an ugly strategy, but it works:

to_poly with coordpoly = True (aka TopSky): COLORused as separator
to_poly with coordpoly = False (aka GRP): COLOR defined at beginning, COORDTYPE:OTHER:REGION separates single polygons.

This seems to work with old GRP, new GRP and TopSky from a quick test, but I'd appreciate more feedback. Code just pushed to main

It works as intended, though you need to pay attention in case you manually entered some COORD entries that also need to be changed. Thanks for the quick response!

But that's still a work-around. We need already a more complete and complex solution, because we create the invisible Restriction-Check Maps using data from KML. It will certainly break these Maps, if we just add COORDTYPE:OTHER:REGION everywhere.

Maybe we can get a possibility to define type (OTHER, TWYCLOSED etc.) and style (REGION, POLYGON, NONE etc.)?

Function itself could be renamed for distinction between TopSky and GRP Syntax's like to_region and to_poly.
