Fractions (denominators) in Czech

The Czech words denoting denominators in fractions (polovina "half", třetina "third", ..., setina "hundredth", tisícina "thousandth") are annotated inconsistently across the Czech treebanks: either as special type of numerals (which they are semantically), or as feminine nouns (which they are morphologically).

• PDTC: all are NOUN.
• FicTree: polovina is NOUN, the others are NUM.
• CAC: polovina and tisícina are NOUN, the others are NUM.
• PUD: polovina is NOUN, the others are not attested.

I don't necessarily think fractions need to have a uniform part of speech in all contexts. In English "half" does vary the POS by context:

• With article -> NOUN: the first half/NOUN, two halves/NOUN
• NP internal (possibly after an article) -> NUM: a half/NUM gallon (like a hundred/NUM gallons)
• adverbial -> ADV: half/ADV asleep
• predeterminer position -> DET: half/DET the money (like all/DET the money)

In some languages there is a clear morphological distinction showing the POS more explicitly, for example German Hälfte (NOUN) vs. halbe (ADJ) and halb (ADV), both of which are just "half" in English. Does polovina ever inflect as something other than a noun? And for cardinal numbers >=5 (at least in Polish these are the ones that are non-gender agreeing and govern genitive), is there anything distinguishing them morphologically from nouns?

Cardinal numbers are special.
But these -ina forms should be NOUN IMO.
