JaCoCo integration

**Description**

Project `utbot-junit-contest` calculates coverage based on internal `Concrete Executor` logic. It is adviced to add Jacoco coverage to compiled unit tests. Comparing Jacoco values with coverage from `Instrumentation process` will be great addition.
