GitHub Actions Cache Near Limit

We have a potential issue coming based on the GitHub actions warning: Approaching total cache storage limit (8.16 GB of 10 GB Used)

The cache makes it so that CI/CD pipeline runs faster. We can add a clear cache at the end of the workflow.

Just need to make sure it runs smooth before merging to main or before we nuke the 8gb of actions cache we have.

Cache is actually managed by the university. They have a 7 day retention policy and a 10GB Cache size eviction limit.
