Clean install of Symphony 2.4

Hit this error when saving a section after adding the field.

Manually adding the column did the trick for me.

ALTER TABLE `fields_selectbox_link_plus` ADD `hide_when_prepopulated` ENUM( 'yes', 'no' ) NOT NULL ;
