The ref-new and ref-update parts need to be redesigned

The ref-new and ref-update parts need to be redesigned to run those commands from other directories. That way, the bibliography can be shared across books. Currently, the binding is
too tight. Workaround: make cgDocFile a symlink to the odt file.
