chore: reduce linting warnings

- Add additional descriptions
- Add missing discriminators for example responses
- Improve existing and add new examples
- Create reusable components to avoid repeated descriptions
- Missing properties in examples
- Poor indentation
- Add missing `resultType` for sponsored brands
- Migrate `x-examples` to `examples`
