This is directly linked to #26 and #27 as follow-up enhancements that didn't immediately fit the scope of the initial change... there are a lot of repeated references to existing proposals and/or changesets that tie in with the system core. This also includes unconventional issue prefixes / descriptors (unlike fix, patch, feat, etc.), so as to ensure what it changes, rather than just categorizing them all as features.
