I am new here, hope I do not get booted if I am improper in doing so. I have the "PowerTool for Pia manager installed and it does work just fine with no errors. I run PCLinux which is a spinoff of Mandriva. I can not use the regular source code offered by others. Why are there no "US" servers listed in the VPN Certificates in /etc/NetWork Manager.

First, please feel welcome and recognize your participation is sincerely appreciated here.

I worked at testing to ensure a positive experience for as many users as possible but I don't have the bandwidth to test many distributions.

That said, I'm glad you have the code successfully working.

with regards to your specific question, I believe you are talking about the Network Manager profiles found in /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections (which should have names like "PIApf-Albania," "PIApf-Algeria,").

These Network Manager profiles are created by pia_NM_profiles_install.sh using data downloaded from PIA.

Suggested action: You could re-run pia_NM_profiles_install.sh for a fresh list from PIA and allow the script to create a new set of profiles. The script will delete all PIApf* profiles and then install using the newly downloaded data.

Important Note: When running the install scriopt you have the option to chose between PIA offerings (specifically hosts that offer port forwarding, and hosts that do not). This selection may limit the servers you see in your list of profiles.

If US servers are not found in the list it is possible PIA currently has them unavailable for certain offerings. On this you could inquire directly with PIA by creating a ticket and asking if you should be seeing US servers and if they respond "Yes" please post the details here for me, including the ticket number.
