Allow assignment of single, double, triple clicking behavior

Love single and double clicking selections. Release notes state triple clicking also existed. Would be nice to assign that to select paragraph or "select all text between one or more blank lines".

Don't see that we can reassign word and line selection if someone wanted to assign that to a keystroke.

There isn't a command to assign word / line select to a key.

I don't think a key binding is workable. When you press the key does it start selecting from the mouse pointer, or does it select the word under the text cursor. If it's the text cursor then it will only ever select the last word / line in the doc because you don't actually control the cursor position.

It might be possible to update cursor key mode (Scroll Lock) mode to let you move the cursor and then this kind of select might work. I was thinking of updating cursor key mode to let you move a second cursor around the screen for selecting and such, but this is a lot of work so I pushed it off to something I might do someday if I'm feeling extra ambitious.

I will think how to add an option for what triple click does, so I'm going to leave this ticket open for that part.
