multiple neighborhoods

Allow CA model to create (and name) multiple neighborhoods.

The neighbourhood argument can be a table. In this case, the neighbourhoods will be indexed as "1", "2", etc.

The most simple option should be a parameter neighbourhood with string value (e.g. "vonneumann").
