Editor only has audio, no video

I'm trying to create a clip from some local content but it only shows / plays the audio portion of the media.

This will likely be solved by the switch to HLS soon. But for now, can you confirm, what is the codec of the source video? Is it ALL videos?

It's all videos in a variety of codecs. I've tested H264 AVC, WMAV2, MPEG4 and HEVC

This technically does not fix your issue, directly, but I believe it will appear like it fixed it lol.
This version pulls the HLS stream. The exact same thing playing in Jellyfin. Basically, if you can see it in Jellyfin in your browser, it should also play in cliparr in your browser.

You should see on the right side a new side bar that will tell you if you are pulling from the hls stream or direct, depending on if there is an issue getting one or the other.

I am especially curious to know if exporting will work for you after this, I suspect it might not.

I updated to the version you recommended and got this notice on the right-hand side of the browser.

I'm using the latest version of Google Chrome 148.0.7778.97. I'm not sure why it's reporting that the browser won't work because I'm using the same browser to view Jellyfin.

I tried in Edge as well, got the same thing. I don't have Firefox currently installed.

This version just has some logs that will hopefully give us a clue if you're willing to run another test for me. Check both the docker logs and the browser console logs. We are especially looking for Jellyfin playback diagnostics but, there's a lot of good logs on both sides in there, tried to grab a lot so we can hopefully nail this.

@westingham can you right click that browser log and ther should be an option to copy the console. We need to see what is in that analysis object, and text would be preferred.

Almost. Some of the data was lost here, there should be expanded objects within there that currently look like {...}. There's at least one broken one in there too. Was this manually highlight-copy-pasted? Try the right click if so for the native "copy console".
