Status update

Implemented features:

• Incorporated RDD (damage detection) model.
• Implemented first version of code to restructure the world points array to a 2D grid of world points for easier neighbor retrieval. This would help more efficiently implement surface normal calculation for image-based algorithms
• Incorporated surface integrity correctly as a supported sidewalk attribute

Features to implement:
A. Image-specific

• Implement CPU-based surface normal calculation using the 2D grid of world points.
• Implement GPU-based surface normal calculation using the 2D grid of world points.
• Implement CPU-based retrieval of world points within damage bounding box.
• Implement GPU-based retrieval of world points within damage bounding box.

B. Mesh-specific

• Implement CPU-based surface normal calculation for polygon meshes.
• Implement GPU-based surface normal calculation for polygon meshes.
• Implement CPU-based retrieval of polygons within damage bounding box.
• Implement GPU-based retrieval of polygons within damage bounding box.

C. Common:

• Implement first version of overall surface normal analysis.
• Implement first version of bounding box surface normal analysis.

• Implement calculation of damage bounding box longitudinal and lateral width (similar to sidewalk width calculation)
