feat(v1.2.0): catalog site polish - dark/light mode, search, fonts, animations

Rewrite docs/index.html as single-file with inline CSS/JS.
Add self-hosted Inter + JetBrains Mono fonts.
Add 3-state dark/light/auto theme toggle with localStorage.
Add tool search input with live filtering.
Add animated stat counters with reduced-motion support.
Add accent glow on tool cards (border-top + color-mix shadow).
Add richer footer with links and accent divider.
Add back-to-top button.
Remove separate style.css and script.js (now inline).
