Map is not shown, but start up works

Feedback by a user via email:

It's possible to enter a name and also chat messages, but there is no map, only the image of the globe. Chat messages aren't transmitted (in both directions).
Tested on Ubuntu with Firefox and Chrome. Mobile (Fennec) didn't work, either.
