• A LOT of compiling happens the first time the script is run… Almost feels like the conda environment could have been configured differently. But eventually everything is fine!
• Is it possible to incorporate the info of the PCA (simply the name of the input file would be helpful) to the names of the exported plots (PDF) and coordinates (txt)?

For the installation of R pacakges; that's the same thing that's on here.
Adding the filename to the exports of 5v2 (and 5v1) is a very good point! We should be able to add it no problem
