Download Test file name is odd #2
Description
Currently the download plugin returns a file to download which uses the attachement file name but adds "__" before and after the name. E.g. if the returned attachment name was "Initial.txt" when the user downloads it it becomes "Initial.txt" which leads to confusion when standard programs try to open the file.
