Add ability for players to designate the heir for titles. This would require different implementation from core titles. Planned to use elective title succession and game rule for always designating heir. Open questions of what happens if primary title has different heir of dynasty. Open question of how it would interact with core limit. Potential for more story-lines and not only following primary heir/oldest child.
