Please add the ability to add/update and delete sources.

Describe your suggested feature

When clicking on the ‘select source’ button, there should be an option to modify links (for if the website moves), and modify the name and image. For adding sources, there should be a ‘+’ at the top for adding new ones, with a ui similar to the editing one. If the player needs to be customized to each source to use it, then a way to get around that might be to have a few templates to choose from, since many websites nowadays are the same. A long press could work for both deleting and editing.

Other details

After testing, every last source on NineAnimator (even the foreign ones) no longer works. I do not wish to rely on updates to fix this, especially considering how far apart each one is.
