Subtitle Edit v5.0.0-beta1 - can't run this on mac

Hi
I switched to mac a year ago, and now I see that beta is available for it.

However, I downloaded, and it seems it's impossible to install it - what it says is: package is damaged.

Gatekeeper won't let it run because it's unsigned.

I tried to bypass it with Sentinel for Mac - where I self-signed application in order to open,
but that didn't help, unfortunatelly. it simply won't run.

I am on Mac Mini M2 with Sequoia 15.7.2 installed

Did you follow the instructions here: https://github.com/SubtitleEdit/subtitleedit?tab=readme-ov-file#macos

After installation, run these two commands:

sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/Subtitle Edit.app"

sudo codesign --force --deep --sign - "/Applications/Subtitle Edit.app"

It looks like Fix common errors Croatian list doesnt work for some reason????

I've been trying to modify one subtitle, and i click the checkmark on it, but no fixes at all.

everything is not working - considering OCR - in Croatian.
could you check if file is corrupted by some mistake I made or something, coz it doesn't show a single fix even tho FIX OCR it's checked?

there's selected Croatian OCR and when I try to fix mistakes, nothing is fixed, nothing is found at all to fix. and it should find a bunch.
