nz_region dataset warning/typo

"old-style crs object detected; please recreate object with a recent sf::st_crs()"

This warning is thrown (multiple times) whenever this dataset is accessed. The warning isn't thrown when using nz or nz_grid_hex_346

Also there's a typo in the title - "bourndaries"
