SuSiE wrapper top loci table overlapping CS #443
Description
(with @rfeng2023 ) Occasionally we have overlapping CS in results which leads to the top_loci table in susieR wrapper one variant CS membership overwritten by another CS. We should create duplicated rows for overlapping CS for example.
