Settings window remains open even if main window is closed

When you open the Settings window, Pomotroid will allow you to close the main window and the Settings window will remain.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Pomotroid
2. Open "Settings"
3. Close Pomotroid's main window by clicking the "X" or using the standard Windows keyboard shortcut "Alt+F4"
4. The Settings window remains open

Note
There is no way to relaunch the main window from the settings window.

Suggestions for better behavior

• Either: Pomotroid can't be closed as long as the Settings window is open.
• Or: If the main window has been closed, and the Settings window is open, Pomotroid should restore the main window when the Settings window is closed.

Thank you for detailed issue report. This is resolved by #363. I opted for what seems like standard behavior: closing a primary application window also closes any child windows, unless the application closes to the system tray.
