Somef configuration

When using metacheck as dependancy in sw-metadata-bot, I need to manually run the "somef configure" to run the rsmetacheck analysis.
This sounds weird as I don't have somef as an explicit dependancy.

It would be nice if the rsmetacheck package handles directly the somef configure step.

I can look forward to propose a convenient solution
