According to the Plasmidsaurus technical support:
- File names with “polished-reference” are contigs that utilize both ONT and Illumina data.
- File names with just “reference” are contigs that utilize ONT data only.
- For each isolate, the .fasta and .gbk files are in the main results folder, while the ONT-only .fna file is in the annotation subfolder.
