How do you install this bundle without composer?

The readme does only cover installation using composer

I got it up and running with the following configuration:

deps

[SlikDompdfBundle]
    git=https://github.com/SlikNL/DompdfBundle.git
    target=/bundles/Slik/DompdfBundle

app/autoload.php

'Slik' => __DIR__.'/../vendor/bundles',

app/AppKernel.php

new Slik\DompdfBundle\SlikDompdfBundle(),

Can somone please confirm this?

I'm guessing you are using SF 2.0.x.
This bundle has not been tested for that version, I have only used SF 2.1+.
