LuaBackend doesnt open/run Steam

I've been reading through then other open/closed issues trying to figure this out, but Lua doesnt open when pressing F2. It started originally with giving me and error, but I fixed that, but I still cant get it to open. Steam, and all the games with it, are installed on my D: drive instead of my C: drive but I think I have everything else correct following other closed issues.

same issue here, except everything is on my C drive. F2 does nothing.
