[Bug Report] Packwerk is not compatible with Ruby 4.0.0

Description
packwerk validate raises on Ruby 4.0.0 as it requires benchmark which is no longer bundled with Ruby.

To Reproduce
Run packwerk validate on Ruby 4.0.0

Expected Behaviour
Same as on previous Ruby versions

You can add benchmark to your Gemfile or gemspec to fix this error.

Should be an easy fix, I am happy to put up a PR to add it to the gemspec if anyone is interested in reviewing and approving it (there hasn't been much activity here lately)

@exterm I'm struggling with this too. We're onboarding new projects to Packwerk where I am but it feels almost like Shopify has sort of abandoned it? I'd be happy to review a PR (I suspect we'l hit the same issue when we bump to Ruby 4) but it probably wouldn't do much as I dont have commit access to this repo.

It should be a super small fix. Want to put up a PR and see if a maintainer reacts? We're not currently using packwerk much so we don't have a strong incentive to work on this (especially if it's unclear whether this gem is still maintained).
