Dialogs improvements

Some improvements and additions can be done to existing dialogs.

• Top of descent dynamic selection in NVU calculator
• AP info (like in Tu-144 but improved)
• AP weather
• Pressures automatic calculation (like in Tu-144). May be merged with weater.

Probable next step: implement TAF requesting. But if we'll do this we'll have to do it manually because FG does not have an API for TAF requesting.
