Memory leak in `instruments.nas`

It seems that there's a memory leak caused by constant adding of objects to Chase._active[] dictionary, which is never properly cleaned. Hard tieing of Chase's functions with nasal's OOP makes it difficult to realize that cleaning at first glance.
