Also, you need to put the header inside body, not head section.

Just checked efe's code and noticed it does have a lot of unclosed tags.
When it comes to the injection of the nav element it's ok to have it in the head so I intensially put it there. However then the injected code probably should not contain html tags and other things. Currently I'm a bit confused about the header and I suspect it's not working properly whatever I do with it.
