Tool calling

Hello,

I see that this PR #66 adds support for tool calling.

I tried loading one of the recommended models: https://huggingface.co/Echo9Zulu/Qwen2.5-Microsoft-NextCoder-Soar-Instruct-FUSED-CODER-Fast-11B-int4_asym-awq-ov

And invoking it with nanocoder but it seems like it doesn't know how to read files (or call any tools):

Any hints?

I can't remember my results with nanocoder... but opencode works. Goose also works.

If you want to use nanocoder, are their logs or something to help us see what's happening?
