[BUG] mp4 with half speed

Description

Using MP4 video created by powerpoint - works, but video speed is around 50% only - therefore the video stops at 50% after the correct duration of 147sec.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create animated Powerpoint slide show - save as MP4
2. Upload mp4 to assets/activity to on

Expected Behavior

Video should run at normal speed (100%)

• Device: Raspberry Pi 4 Model B Rev 1.5
• OS: Raspberry Pi OS 64-bit Bookworm
• Anthias Version: master@562aeec
• Installation Method: manual installation

I've found out, that the root cause is the weird framerate of the powerpoint generated mp4: 30.3 frames per second.
Tested to convert to 30 fps exactly via handbrake and then Anthias works as expected.
Is there any chance Anthias can deal with the weird framerate?

@the-other-martin, Anthias doesn't currently support preprocessing of video assets.
However, it's a possibility.
