don't add header to reformated css file

i have no idea if that's a "feature" of cssbeautify-css of cssbeautify itself but it's really anoying to see a useless header being added to each reformatted file. example:

/**** static/style.css ***/

why?

also, this gets added repeatedly on each reformat... :-(

Yes, this is quite bad
Sometimes these headers are the full path to the input file, which can be an issue since it can give away sensitive information about the system
I have a lot of CSS and SCSS files, so I have to remove it every time
