Hi Team!

Pain
When a Rules (Content) page displays the message "there’s nothing to edit on this page," users are fully blocked from making any changes. This request proposes allowing limited, clearly defined edits (e.g. tagline, quote, and selected sections) and/or improving the message so it accurately reflects what can and cannot be edited.
Acceptance Criteria
- Users can edit allowed content areas such as the tagline, quote, and specified sections.
- If only partial editing is supported, the UI clearly indicates which parts of the page are editable.
- The message "there’s nothing to edit on this page" is updated or replaced to avoid misleading users when some edits are possible.
- Users with appropriate permissions can successfully save changes to the allowed sections.
- No editing options are shown for sections that are not supported.
