AT - Generate Annual Report

User Acceptance Flow:

• User signs into the app with admin credentials.
• User navigates to the dashboard.
• User selects the "Financial" tab.
• User selects "Condo Fees".
• User selects "Annual Report".
• User selects the property they would like to generate a report for.
• System generates the annual report for the selected property, showing the amount of condo fees collected so far.
• System displays the generated annual report to the user.
• User reviews the annual report for accuracy and completeness.
