Add ItemsAdder and Oraxen Support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Is really annoying to setup the texture pack for vehiclesplus, o i think that adding an interal resourcepack manager that can inject all the models and textures in ItemsAdder or Oraxan would be great.

Describe the solution you'd like
In the config the user can choose if he wants that the pack automatically injects in ItemsAdder or Orexen and in the VehiclesPlus plugin folder is a folder called resourcepack containing all the vehicles assets.

Additional context
You could look up some plugins like magiccosmetics or CustomNameplates that have this feature.
I mean like you have a folder called texturepack, and in it you put all the folders like "VehicleName" and it contains textures and model, and executing a command VehiclesPlus will generate a texture pack with all the vehicles in it or if the user choosed to use itemsadder or Oraxen it will update the Ia or oraxen texture pack.
