Vehicle Spawns bugged

Describe the bug
Using spigot 1.19.2, vp v3.0.0 pre3, win 10, java 17.0.1

When I spawn a vehicle it spawns like this, after one minute or so, It gets fixed (I believe only if im not riding it):

To Reproduce

1. Spawn a vehicle with /garage

Now Im trying it in paper 1.19.4 and it seems to work fine.

do you still have the server where it is bugged online so where you could take some screenshots in gamemode 3 of the invisible armorstands?

Its 1.19.2 100% I only changed the car and its bugged again.

It might be related to an invalid version of ProtocolLib. Can you provide the version you used on 1.19.2 and 1.19.4?
