Trading/selling between players

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not really a problem, would be just an extra that helps roleplay servers to have trading between players.

Describe the solution you'd like
In the GUI to have anothe option than 'Change owner' that would allow you to send a sell request to a player, when players accept the request money are removed from his balance (probably Vault would be the most common option) and the vehicle is transfered in his garage and removed from the player that sold it.

Describe alternatives you've considered
To have the car as a display with the price hovering over it, when right click on it have the option to buy it.

Would be great for v3.

There is already a change ownership option under the settings item in the GUI. This only does not cover the payment.

I've seen it, that's why I mentioned 'another option than that'. It's amazing as it is, but I thought there might be a few things to make it awesome, a 10/10. I've seen alreadt the others feature requests some other players made and that they are already on the wishlist to be added.
