Create a GitHub action for automated dockerization

We should create a GitHub action to automatically Dockerize our program and push it to Docker Hub.
This would allow us to avoid building locally and pushing to Docker Hub.

Was asking AI about this, should be pretty easy. We need a DockerHub account to push to.

I have a DockerHub account, but I was thinking of using an organization account that we all have access to. Also, feel free to share any implementation ideas. I was thinking of working on this soon.
