UE4MasterServer use LAN address error,Error Creating Python Session! Unable to connect to server [My Test Server [192.168.16.235:7777]

UE4MasterServer use LAN address 192.168.16.235 :8081 report error. but then I use 127.0.0.1:8081 It's OK. thanks tell me where am error?

OSS: Error Creating Python Session! Unable to connect to server [My Test Server 192.168.16.235:7777]. Please verify your ports are forwarded and your firewall is not blocking the game. Your server will not be visible in the Server Browser.

I disable windows firewall,and allow input output .it also not work.
