my sopel I don't remember how I installed it, it has the empty "modules" folder
, but when I start it it loads its 42 original modules (which I have no idea where they are) and 5 optional modules that I installed in the "modules" folder that was empty before, but when I try with sopel-rss I don't loads it.

Everything works perfectly, and I managed to install other modules as well.
do you have any idea what that mistake is 18?
