Conversion errors when saving a file opened without -b flag

I get conversion errors when saving a file opened without the -b flag. It also corrupts the said file. Error occurs even when saving without making any changes. With -b flag however everything works as intended.

Since you are seeing CONVERSION ERROR neovim is trying (and failing) to convert the buffer to a different encoding. I think this is relate to issue #30, neovim is auto-detecting a file encoding and trying to convert to that encoding on write.

Before writing, check the value of the fileencoding option. I think the only values that should be expected to work properly are utf-8 or empty, since those should skip the encoding conversion. I expect you'll probably see latin1. Set fileencoding to empty and you should be able to save correctly.

@KevinGoodsell That does solve the issue! I suppose the next step is to bake this step of setting fileencoding to empty in plugin itself?
