[ENH] remove bash execution from cookbook notebooks #717
Description
The preambles for package installation, git clone, and other bash execution should be removed from the notebooks.
After removing, it should be checked that the notebooks still run with the notebooks depset, or whether something needs changing in the dependency requirements.
