Complete costs in the BoM (Bill of Materials) for Hardware-X paper... #406

The Overleaf paper for Hardware-X has been shared to both you and @ForrestErickson (who has been invited at both his email addresses).
Mairin and I have moved the BoM into the Hardware-X paper as required. However, there are some entries where the cost is listed as "10000000" or something, Lee's signal that it is not complete. We need the actual costs to be placed there, or estimated, and the total cost to actually be summed. The HardwareX paper template requires this.
