Need a new OSHWA certification

The General Purpose Alarm Device had an Open Source Hardware Association (OSHWA) Certification:

However, I am now preparing the second article for Hardware-X, and we should get a new certification for the Krake. Certification of a self-certificaiton process. It is not hard, and we meet the requirements. I could do it pretty easily, but I think it would be educational for @nk25719 to do it, so I am assigning this to her.
