I would like the Encoder Knob to print and be used with minimal clean up

Short Summary of the buggy behavior:
I printed these knobs in this orientation

There are strings to clean up before they can be pushed onto the encoder shaft.

I don't know if the same problem happened when printing only one part like the last test.

Does this problem also happened with the legacy stl file?

I can add 45 degree draft under this string area that act as a support when 3d printing but I need to check if it will effect when try to pushed onto the encoder shaft.
