Evaluation: Optimize processing time

Is your feature request related to a problem?
The evaluation run with 75 dataset items shows a processing status for over 2 hours, causing delays in our workflow. Previous evaluations have taken an unusually long time to complete, which affects project timelines.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Investigate the processing time for evaluations with fewer than 100 items.
• Optimize the evaluation setup for quicker processing.
• Ensure consistent completion times for evaluations within the CBC-Viksit Panchayat project.

Name of the evaluation: eval_AP_003_diagnostic

Previously, I had also setup another run, on Friday 13th March, 2026, which got completed today (16th March, 2025). The number of items in this dataset was 200.

Name of this evaluation: eval_002_AP

All these run are under the project CBC-Viksit Panchayat

This issue occurred because the staging API keys were recently rotated, but the EventBridge cron was not updated with the new key. Since EventBridge is responsible for polling evaluation run completion, its auth failures left all evaluation runs stuck in the "in progress" state indefinitely.

This is updated and fixed now
