ReineiraOS Litepaper

Programmable Infrastructure for Stablecoins

Built on Arbitrum. Powered by Fhenix FHE.

Executive Summary

ReineiraOS is programmable infrastructure for stablecoins. It provides the building blocks for confidential financial operations — private balances, conditional escrow, and cross-chain connectivity — without building infrastructure from scratch.

By integrating Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) for privacy and cross-chain deposit routing, ReineiraOS delivers the foundation for a complete stablecoin operations layer.

The Problem

Stablecoins solved the currency problem — digital dollars that move globally, instantly, 24/7. But moving money is just the start. Real-world use cases require conditional logic, privacy, and cross-chain interoperability.

Today, stablecoin infrastructure is fragmented:

  • Transfers are simple — no native way to hold funds conditionally
  • Transactions are public — balances and amounts visible to everyone
  • Cross-chain is painful — moving funds between chains requires manual bridging

Builders who want to create stablecoin applications must stitch together multiple protocols, oracles, and custom infrastructure.

The Solution

ReineiraOS provides a unified protocol stack for confidential, programmable stablecoins.

Capability What It Does
Confidential Stablecoin Private balances and transactions via FHE
Escrow Engine Conditional holding and release of funds
Cross-chain Deposits Accept funds from multiple chains, auto-route to Reineira

How It Works

Reineira Stablecoin

A confidential wrapper around USDC and USDT. Users deposit standard stablecoins and receive Reineira tokens. Balances and transaction amounts are encrypted using FHE via Fhenix — computations happen on encrypted data without exposing values.

  • 1:1 backed by deposited stablecoins
  • Unwrap to USDC/USDT at any time
  • Encrypted by default — balances visible only to participants
  • AML screening on deposits

Escrow Engine

Every payment can be held, conditioned, or reversed. Escrow is a protocol primitive — the foundation for programmable money movement.

Mode Use Case Mechanism
Standard Simple holds Deposit → Hold → Release
Conditional Complex agreements Rule-based or oracle-triggered release
Asset DVP Tokenized assets Atomic delivery-vs-payment for ERC-721

Conditions can be time-based, signature-based, or oracle-based.

Cross-chain Deposits

Users can fund their accounts from multiple chains. Deposits are automatically routed to the Reineira stablecoin on Arbitrum — no manual bridging required.

Conclusion

Stablecoins changed how value moves. ReineiraOS changes what you can do with it.

Confidential operations. Programmable escrow. Cross-chain connectivity. The foundation for stablecoin applications.
