Also use FontForge to delete all the unnecessary glyphs from the font to reduce the filesize.

You have to toggle between the two to really see the difference, but I think it's nothing that is noticeable for an average Joe.

The download size differences are:
Google Fonts: 85.6KB
font-face: 49.5KB

If we are happy with how the font-face solution looks then I will make a PR.
